Absolutely! You can switch to a different club at any point during your subscription. Just send us an email indicating when you’d like to make the change, and we’ll take care of it for you.
We strive to get your books to you as quickly as possible. After placing your order, your first box will be shipped within 3 business days. For subsequent boxes, they will be shipped either at the beginning or the middle of each future month.
Please note that we use USPS Media Mail for shipping all our boxes. The delivery time can vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 2 to 8 business days.
We understand if you need to cancel your subscription. To do so, simply send us an email at hello@storycaptainbooks.com before your next renewal, and we’ll take care of canceling your subscription for you.
StoryCaptain makes a great gift for many occasions- a new baby, a birthday or just because. Simply click on Give as Gift! You don’t even need to know your recipient’s mailing address as we will ask them to input it after getting the notification email. Gift subscriptions do not renew.
